Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped out of our store in Porter, TX. Please allow 3-4 business days for an order to ship. Our goal is to always try to get it out sooner! We ship Tuesday - Saturday except holidays. You will receive a message as soon as your order ships.

If your order has not shipped after 7 business day email us your order number and name at collectionsbymimi@gmail.com.

**If a package is missing or damaged, it is the customers responsibility to contact their local post office/UPS or file a claim online. If your package is missing, ask your local post office/UPS, for GPS coordinates of drop off. If you think your package was stolen, it is also the customers responsibility to file a police report with your local PD. If it was not delivered to your address and/or there is no insurance on the package, that is a post office error and it is still the customer's responsibility to file a claim with their local PO.

Because We Care

Here at Collections By MiMi, we want everyone to be satified with their purchases. With that said, we've broken down our return policy so it's as easy as possible.

Please send an email to collectionsbymimi@gmail.com before sending in your return. 

You have 7 days from the day you receive your item(s) to send back the return for store credit on your account, no exchanges are offered due to the limited quantity of some items. Please just mail back your item with the following information:

  • Your name

  • Order #

  • Include your packing slip

  • Reason for the return -- if the item is damaged, PLEASE let us know before returning.

Please note: 

We will NOT ACCEPT returns on any clothing item that is washed, worn or smells of perfume or smoke, pet dander, makeup and deodorant marks.

CLEARANCE:

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If a clearance item is returned, we will return to sender. 


COUPONS CODES:

Items purchased with coupon codes are final sale.


CANCELLATIONS:

Once an order has been placed, we can not cancel the order and issue a refund. The only option is for store credit. This includes if you place an order multiple times by "accident." PLEASE, check your order before you hit submit.
